Meet Jolanda logan
Hello there precious gems! I am Jolanda “Jo” Logan, transformational speaker, business consultant, coach, minister and strategist.
My life mission is to "connect good people, with good people!"
I have a penchant for figuring out how information and relationships can be maximized and
utilized to be mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
In my day job as CEO of Jolanda Logan Consulting (www.jolandalogan.com) ,
I help people, companies, faith-based organizations and businesses figure out the best strategy to accomplish their goals.
AND I'm a "Pivot Pilot" -- my jam is helping other people embrace and celebrate pivots! THERE IS PURPOSE IN THE PIVOTS!
Many people find it hard to believe that I'm an introvert because of my extrovertish demeanor. On the outside, I’m outgoing but at heart, I'm still the shy 12-year old that loves cuddling up with a good book. My love of music and dreams of being a radio host are still REAL! I anticipate seeing my dream become reality with the upcoming launch of my podcast “Jo’s Gym” where I share ‘gEms’ to help you build your mindset muscles and transform your life! Your transformation will be a result of my direct but loving and practical strategies that you can implement immediately! In life AND business!
A graduate of the University of New Orleans, I have over 25-plus years of experience in Corporate Communications, Media & Public Relations, Administration, Project Management, and Product Marketing getting results for Fortune 100 companies and agencies. I have been blessed to work with and for some of the greatest minds to provide strategic counsel and direction while executing strategies that gained successful results in faith-based, agency and corporate entities including but not limited to Saatchi & Saatchi X, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., SAM’S CLUB, Starbucks and Coca Cola. My work in communications has garnered an Addy (New Orleans Ad Club – Annual Report), Bronze Quill (International Association of Business Communicators - Annual Report).
In addition, I have appeared on ABC’s critically acclaimed talk show The View, CBS’ Early Show and The Tyra Banks Show as a spokesperson and product representative. My to die for moments that will forever stick with me include the opportunity to meet Ms. Oprah Winfrey, Maya Angelou, in addition to working and hanging out with Todd "LL Cool J" Smith!
For 16 years I have been married to Christopher, a blind date (that I initially refused to go out with lmbo!) who hails from Brooklyn, NY. My greatest joy is being Mommy to my amazingly gifted and bilingual son Christopher Clarence, (the child doctor's said I would never have!) and his puppy brother Biscuit, a Yorkie-Bichon Frise mix who really believes that I'm his birth mother!
